We review the request and confirm availability, materials, travel and the agreed work. An assessment visit may be needed before a final quote. Several small tasks can be requested together, subject to assessment.
3. Agree access and completion
Confirm who provides access and which tasks take priority. Completion photos and notes can be agreed for owners who are away. Additional work is discussed before it starts.

Can I book just one small job?
Yes. Send the job details and location. We will confirm suitability, availability and the price for the visit before booking.
Do you work in occupied homes as well as holiday rentals?
Yes. Small repairs can be requested for your own home, a holiday property or a rental. Access and timing are agreed with the owner.
Can you do several jobs in one visit?
Yes, subject to the scope and available time. Send the full list, photographs and approximate dimensions so materials and the order of work can be assessed together.
Should I buy the materials first?
Tell us what you already have. Fixings, replacement parts, paint and other materials should be agreed after the job is reviewed, so the quote can separate materials from labour and travel.
Do you carry out specialist electrical, plumbing or structural work?
These are outside this small-repairs service. We can discuss owner-approved access and follow-up for a suitable professional through our maintenance coordination service.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Odemira, Ourique and surrounding Alentejo, with selected western and inland Algarve areas by arrangement. Travel, the work and requested date are confirmed before booking.

Small repairs are quoted from the task list, photographs, approximate dimensions, access and location. Labour, materials, travel and any assessment visit are agreed before work starts. Send several jobs together so they can be assessed as one visit.
Can you complete repairs when I am away?
Yes, subject to an agreed access arrangement and a clear task list approved by the owner. Tell us the finish you expect and which photographs you want afterwards. We confirm additional work before proceeding.
