- Minor fixes are limited to simple maintenance tasks and are quoted separately before work begins.
- Gardening is quoted according to garden size, condition, access, frequency, equipment needs, and green-waste handling. Major landscaping, specialist tree work, pesticide application, irrigation repairs, and licensed technical work require separate assessment.
- Services are provided only where lawful, safe, and agreed in advance with the property owner or manager.

Personal information such as name, phone number, email, property location, and booking
details is used to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, provide agreed services,
communicate with owners, and keep legally required business records.
Personal data is not sold. It may be shared only with service providers or helpers when
needed to complete an agreed job, comply with legal duties, measure website enquiries
with consent where required, or protect legal rights.

and phone or WhatsApp clicks. A click does not confirm a conversation or booking.
