Homes, gardens and local property support
Odemira covers a wide rural and coastal municipality, so clear access instructions, realistic travel windows and one coordinated visit are especially valuable for remote owners.
Country homes may need access checks, seasonal opening visits and exterior presentation alongside the normal guest changeover.

These places and nearby properties can be assessed depending on route and availability.
Based in Aldeia das Amoreiras, São Martinho das Amoreiras, we generally plan visits within about an hour’s drive, with longer journeys by arrangement. Send your town or location pin; we confirm travel, availability and the quote for your property before booking.
Explore all areas →For a property outside Odemira town, send the exact location pin and the last part of the route. Mention gates, parking and access to the rooms or garden. The municipality covers inland and coastal properties, so the town name alone is not enough to plan travel.
For a changeover, include checkout and check-in times, bedrooms, bathrooms and clean linen arrangements. For a seasonal reopening, show the current condition and list any oven, fridge, window or outdoor tasks that need separate attention.
Cleaning, agreed garden care and small repairs can be assessed together. If you live away, identify the areas you want photographed and how additional work should be approved. Specialist faults can be documented for an appropriate professional.
