List the products, preferred brands, quantities and acceptable substitutions. Tell us whether supplies are already at the property or need purchasing. The owner approves the budget and purchase rules before shopping; product costs are separate from the handling fee.
Include the guest count, towel setup and any agreed welcome items. Tell us where spare stock is kept and what should be left visible. Kitchen extras and entrance or patio tidying need to be identified in the quote rather than assumed to be included.
